Orders must be placed before 4pm to Guarantee Next Working Day Delivery.

Orders placed after 4pm on a Thursday will be dispatched on Friday for delivery the next working day ie Monday. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday and over the weekend, or on bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day, normally a Monday, so you will receive these items on the following working day - ie Tuesday.

All items advertised on the website are available for Next Day Delivery.

You will be emailed a Tracking Number when your order has been dispatched.

Standard UK Delivery is Free or all UK orders over £20

As the buyer and the importer, you are responsible for paying any such costs. These costs are outside our control, and vary from country to country. International orders can only be dispatched to the cardholder's address .

We may require additional security checks on International orders. This may require us speaking to you in person and asking you security questions. We may ask for proof of your address before despatching the order.

REST OF THE WORLD

Delivery is £19.95 GBP for all International orders, excluding Europe.

BFPO

We ship to BFPO addresses using Royal Mail.

All BFPO addresses must be registered as UK, rather than the country where you are posted. Royal Mail will then deliver the parcel to the British Forces Post Office in London. It then becomes the responsibility of the British Forces to deliver your parcel to the correct location.

To save on postage costs, we are happy for any ark.co.uk purchase to be returned to any of our stores within 14 days and a full list of store locations can be found by clicking here.

Even better, your local store would be happy to perform any exchange for a different size or colour that you may require!

Simply return the item to any ARK store along with your original invoice/proof of purchase, and we will do the rest!

If a refund is required, the order will be returned to our dedicated returns department on your behalf within 2 working days and a refund issued.

INTERNET ONLY RETURNS POLICY

We have separate returns policies due to the way the law differs when selling in store as opposed to online.

The returns policy displayed on our website refer to online purchases only as the law states that when we offer goods for sale sight unseen (mail orders or internet purchases) we must offer refunds as an option in line with Distance Selling regulations. This means you can return any ark.co.uk purchase within 14 days for an exchange or full refund! Our stores operate a policy of accepting exchanges or issuing credit notes in line with The Sales Of Goods Act and all store purchases can be returned within 28 days. We adhere to all relevant laws and regulations when processing returns for your peace of mind.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase just send it back to us (using a tracked delivery service) in its original condition within 14 days. You will need to create a Return Authorisation Number - to do this, go to the Your Account page and select the order you wish to return. The garment must be returned will all original tags and packaging. Upon receipt and examination we will issue a full refund. Cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility and we recommend using an insured delivery service such as Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded service. If you need a return fast tracking, we are more than happy to let you jump the queue if you can supply a 13 digit Royal Mail tracking number!

Please note underwear and hosiery are not returnable for hygiene reasons.

If you have received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please contact our help desk on 0113 387 7360 (open 9am-5:30pm Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Sun) and we will advise you how to proceed.

We will endeavour to reply to your email enquiry or telephone call within 1 hour (Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm, Sunday 10am - 4pm).

The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.

PayPal refunds will appear back in your PayPal account within 7 days.

If you require an exchange, for example a different size or colour, return the product and we will send out a replacement.

Alternatively, if you require an exchange for a different product you will need to make a new purchase on line, returning the original purchase back to us which will then be refunded.

Delivery charges are non refundable unless the garment is faulty.

FAULTY RETURNS

If the product you receive is faulty or not what you purchased, then please request a Return Authorisation Number using the Your Account page, and return the item(s) to us.

We will need to know the reason for the return and whether you require an exchange or refund. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and examination of the product. The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to show on your credit card or bank statement.

Delivery costs will also be refunded if the product is faulty, this will be refunded against Royal Mail's tariffs for First Class recorded delivery for domestic orders. Returns of faulty items or items sent in error to international customers will have delivery costs reimbursed up to and including our international shipping tariff of £19.95 GBP at the prevailing exchange rate.

When you have requested your Return Authorisation Number, you will have the option to print out an address label for your return package.

You may also drop your labelled package off at one of our stores once you have requested a Return Authorisation Number.
